Deposit and CanceLlation Policy:
One night bookings require full payment. More than one night requires 50% deposit to guarantee the guest houses. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than thirty days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we re-book the property.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All rates are subject to change.
